The reduction looks at the total SP before reducing. This means that using 2 Pharaoh Cards will not reduce consumption by 60%, and neither will using 4 Pharaoh Cards reduce it to 120%.

Each addition will reduce on current SP cost. Let's say a skill costs 100 SP:

1. 1 Pharaoh Card: 100 SP - 30% = 70 SP
2. 2 Pharaoh Cards: 70 SP - 30% = 49 SP
3. 3 Pharaoh Cards: 49 SP - 30% = 34 SP
4. 4 Pharaoh Cards: 34 SP - 30% = 23 SP
