Refine Master refines your equipment using refine deeds which work at a 100% success rate, so they never fail. Any character can refine weapons and equipment, as long as there's a refine deed in the inventory.
Some cards will not work past certain refinement levels, like Gibbet Card, Goat Card, and Megalith Card, which only work if the equipment is refined to +5 or less. Players can use the De-Refiner NPC next to the Refine Master in order to de-refine equipment (uses mithril coins).

- +10 Weapon Refine Deed
There are no +20 Weapon Refine Deeds, even if the item is in the @ii database.
